and surety litigation. Mr. Puryear has been recognized in

Superlawyers, and named to the Nashville Business
Journal’s "Best of the Bar." Mr. Puryear is an active member of the
American Bankruptcy Institute, the
Association of Certified Fraud
Examiners, the
American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry (where he serves on the Steering Committee representing Specialty Trade Contractors and Suppliers), the
Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel, and the American Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. He

Professional Responsibility. A regular lecturer to both fellow
attorneys and trade groups on Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy
issues, Mr. Puryear is one of the four contributing authors to
West’s Legal Forms, Volume 10 - “Debtor and Creditor Relations”.
