Certified as a Specialist in Creditors' Rights by the American Board of Certification and by the Tennessee Commission on C.L.E. and Specialization, and listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Mr. Puryear represents clients in State and Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts. He practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, commercial collections, judgment recovery, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, and construction and surety litigation.
