John
A. Mueller
John Mueller received his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt
University in 2000, and his J.D. from Depaul University College of Law in
2003. While in law school, Mr. Mueller served as the founding
editor-in-chief of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal.
Mr. Mueller is an active member of the
Commercial Law League of America, and the author of
"The 'All-Holder-BestPrice' Rule: Executive Compensation Agreements and
their Place in Tender Offers," 1 Depaul Bus. & Comm. L.J. 2
(Winter 2003).
Certifications
