Janna Eaton Smith

Admitted to practice in Tennessee (2000) and Georgia (1997), Ms. Smith represents clients in the State and Federal District Courts in the areas of business litigation; shareholders, officers, and directors disputes; business torts; employment law; trade secrets and non-competition disputes.

Ms. Smith is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and maintains active memberships in the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Lawyers Association for Women.

Ms. Smith is the Past President of the Board of Directors of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Davidson County and is currently serving her fifth year on the Board.
